Guard missing values in Sentry-reported editing workflows - #6120

Address E6, F46R, PR, FTNG, and 69HG with narrow guards for clip titles, preview frame availability, missing file IDs, empty tracked-object results, and empty export-profile selections. Preserve the displayed playhead during seeks and continue relocating effects for clips without file IDs. Add regression coverage for failure cases and normal behavior. All 583 Python tests pass with the offscreen Qt backend. Packaged Windows and macOS validation remains outstanding.
