[Feature Request] Add toggle to disable RetroAchievements without logging out #115

Feature Request:
Many emulator apps such as Dolphin and RetroArch offer the ability to toggle RetroAchievements on or off once logged in, without logging out completely. This is convenient for briefly trying out new games without adding the game and an empty achievement list to your RetroAchievements profile. I would like to request a similar toggle feature here, perhaps with an option to disable on a per game basis if possible. Examples from these other apps in screenshots below.
