X/Y Layout Adjustments Are Difficult To Use #98

The ability to choose x/y coordinates for layout pieces is incredible. However, when I try to adjust something that's on a lower part of the screen, it is nearly impossible to double tap properly before the regular context menu shows up. Please consider adding it to the regular context menu or add a button to the context menu itself that then brings up the x/y menu where it can be typed.

You can see the "load savestate" button underneath the menu here. Frustratingly, it's actually right under delete, which caused it to take multiple attempts as I was trying to nudge it around by a few pixels at a time to see where I liked it first and ended up erasing it instead.
