Description
generateInternalPackageChangelogswrites an update dependencies changelog for every package that consumes something that changed. It located those packages by appending the package name to a hardcodedpackages-internalpath. ButINDEPENDENT_PACKAGE_FOLDERSnow also contains preview, so a package present in preview folder is looked up in the wrong folder and was throwing an error.This records each package's location while registering it in the graph and looks it up from there.
