📝 Missing new line before closing bracket

I noticed this after upgrading from Biome 2.5.11 to 2.5.13. Details contain issue details.

Details

is formatted as

type Foo = Record<
	// comment
	string,
	number>;

while it should follow Prettier's formatting

type Foo = Record<
	// comment
	string,
	number
>;
