fix(mobile): keep the archived Restore swipe button readable - #1929

Swiping an archived chat showed its Restore button filled with the list's tint, the ink colour. In dark mode that is white, and the white label disappeared into it, so a half-swiped row looked like two blank pills. The swipe buttons now use the system blue fill, as the inbox's read swipe does. Why
Swiping a chat on the Archived screen reveals a Restore button. Its fill came from the list's tint, the ink colour, which is white in dark mode, and swipe buttons draw their label in white. So in dark mode Restore was a white pill with no visible text or icon. Next to it, the swiped row had slid its icon and name out of view, which left two blank pills.
What changed

How it was tested
On an iOS 27 Simulator with a Debug build against a local server. The test account had one archived group, "Test". Light and dark mode were both checked.
Unit test (new, fails without the change): only the swipe Restore buttons get the system blue fill; the menu's Restore items get none.
Suites. The mobile tests, typecheck and lint pass.
Mobile. CI can't capture the native list; the results above come from a simulator.
