Focus loss, Alt-Tab issue in Fullscreen games when "Suspend widgets in Game Mode" is enabled #1565

After the latest update, when I launch Rocket League (or any game in Fullscreen/Borderless mode), the docks/taskbar and fancy toolbar appear intermittently every few seconds. This causes the game window to lose focus, making it impossible to use keyboard/controller inputs until I click back into the game. In some cases, switching to "Exclusive Fullscreen" immediately minimizes the game to the desktop.
Findings
I have identified that the issue is directly linked to the "Suspend widgets in Game Mode" setting.
When this setting is ON: The focus loss occurs repeatedly.
When this setting is OFF: The issue is resolved, and the game runs normally.
