What

The start menu always opens on the favorites view: onTriggered resets globalState.view to StartView.Favorites every time it is shown. People who prefer the full app list have to click "All apps" on every open.

This adds a widget setting to choose the view shown when the menu opens:

• Favorites (default, current behavior)
• All apps

How

• src/static/widgets/apps-menu/metadata.yml: new select setting defaultView (favorites | all), defaultValue: favorites, same pattern as the settings of @seelen/flyouts and @seelen/task-switcher.
• state/mod.svelte.ts: globalState.defaultView reads it with settings.value.getCurrentWidgetConfig(). Any value other than all falls back to favorites.
• state/positioning.svelte.ts: onTriggered sets globalState.view = globalState.defaultView instead of the hardcoded favorites. The "All apps" / "Back" button and the search (which still jumps to all apps) work as before.
• Labels in i18n/settings/default-view*.yml, translated with the repo's GoogleTranslator.

Tested

Local debug build on Windows 11:

• byWidget["@seelen/apps-menu"].defaultView = "all": the menu opens directly on the full app list, with the "Back" button.
• Without the setting: the menu opens on favorites, as before.

Not tested: changing the option from the Settings UI (only by editing settings.json).

deno fmt --check, deno lint, tsc --noEmit, svelte-check and cargo test pass, and the CI passed on my fork.
