Description
Add a user setting under "Features" to control the initial sort order when creating an album. Default to the existing behavior of "newest first".
Please bear with me if the code should be structured differently, this is my first PR touching the server-part of the codebase. 😅

How Has This Been Tested?
Added a test in
album.service.spec.ts, otherwise tested manually locally.Checklist:
src/services/uses repositories implementations for database calls, filesystem operations, etc.src/repositories/is pretty basic/simple and does not have any immich specific logic (that belongs insrc/services/)
