If the olbase image is out of date and the gh CLI is installed, the wizard now triggers olbase.yaml itself before the announcement and waits for it with `gh run watch` before the openlibrary deploy. Without gh it falls back to the existing "click Run workflow" prompt. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Feature: the deploy wizard now kicks off the olbase image build itself when the
ghCLI is installed, instead of asking you to go click "Run workflow" on GitHub.One less thing to think about during the deploy process is nice. This is a small change.
Technical
olbase.yamlwithgh workflow runright after pulling master, before the announcement, so it builds while you post the announcement and run the olsystem deploy.gh run watch.gh(or if the dispatch fails), it falls back to the current behavior: a link to the workflow and "Once you've clicked 'Run workflow', press Enter...". That prompt now comes before the announcement instead of after it, so a hand-started build also gets a head start.Testing
start_olbase_buildfor real: it started an olbase build on master and picked up the run ID fromgh's output.gh run watchon that build: it blocked until the build finished (~6 min) and exited 0, after which the up-to-date check passed.ghremoved fromPATH, it falls back to the manual prompt.Stakeholders
