Steps to Reproduce

• Windows 11 portable x64 zip
• Enable Browser Integration
• Create a parent and sub folders
• Change parent Browser Integration settings, set Enable in first option and Disable in 2nd
• See sub folder Browser Integration settings, first and 2nd options are both "Inherit from parent group (Enable)"
