Summary

This PR introduces several visual refinements to Arc Launcher, elevating the overall design with specular gradient contours, redesigned app bar focus rings, and configurable focus border thickness in Appearance settings.

Key Changes

1. Dock Specular Bevel Contour (DockContourPainter)

   • Replaced the solid dock border with a 1dp top-to-bottom specular gradient contour (White @ 0.25 → White @ 0.10 → White @ 0.04).
   • Gives the dock container a subtle glass-like bevel where light catches the top edge instead of a heavy outline.

2. App Card & Watch Next Specular Contour (AppCardContourPainter)

   • Replaced flat solid focus borders on AppCard and _WatchNextCard with a tvOS-style hairline specular gradient (White @ 0.85 top sheen → Accent @ 0.75 sides → Accent/White rim @ 0.50 bottom).
   • High-contrast 2dp gradient for cards in reorder/moving mode (White @ 1.0 → Accent @ 1.0 → Accent/White rim @ 0.85).

3. Status Bar Capsule Focus Rings (AppBarFocusRing)

   • Replaced standard button styling on top app bar actions (Settings, Wi-Fi / Daily Usage, Network status) with capsule focus rings matching the Arc Launcher aesthetic.
   • Smooth animated transitions for focus, hover, and press states with specular outline shaders and keyboard activation support.

4. Configurable Focus Border Thickness

   • Added user setting in Settings → Appearance → Focus Border Thickness allowing users to select between:
     • Thin (1.0 dp)
     • Medium (1.5 dp) (Default)
     • Thick (2.0 dp)
   • Includes an interactive live preview card within the selection panel.
   • Full localization support for English (en), Spanish (es), and Turkish (tr).

5. Settings UI Improvements

   • Added optional subtitle support to FocusableSettingsTile.
   • Reorganized WallpaperPanelPage to place the Unsplash slideshow tile cleanly at the bottom of the wallpaper provider options.
