Change Summary

Bumps PyO3 to 0.28. Main changes:

• #[pyclass] types have automatic FromPyObject implementations being phased out (the deprecation is accepted by the skip_from_py_object option).
• error messages on cast() errors now mention "is not an instance of", which should be clearer to users
• PyBackedStr now has a cheap as_py_str() conversion and some other cleanups which allow us to use it in fields HashMap (avoiding more String copies on schema build)
