Update spanish translation

This "update" only removes a lot of quotation marks and replaces the "×" used as multiplier signs (scaling options, resolutions) back to the English-type lowercase x. I do not approve of this. |

Whoops, hit the merge button before seeing the comment. I had a quick look and removing the arrow symbols seemed reasonable to me, unless they're supposed to be angled in Spanish |

RAE says they are supposed to be angled. The quotation sequence should be angled, doubles, singles. The changes in this PR seem to be Anglo-centric, IMO. |
