The affected-modules walk fetched test and setup files by their file path, so the module graph kept that path as the module url and
isolate: falseworkers never invalidated setup files. The walk now uses the url that workers import, and the fs module cache no longer stores the url, so caches written by 5.0.4 and 5.0.5 also recover.
