Sorry this has been a little late, my mum declared me banned from the outside world after I took my muggle grandmother on at broom ride. I do not see what the problem with doing this was, she had a really great time! Of course she almost did have a heart attack, but hey dying by broom, it's a great way to go. I hope that is the way that I die!
Anyways, back to the party. Sirius arrived at about 4:30 with Kirley. I asked him why he did not have Remus with him and he said that Remus claimed he was going to come later. So I just nodded and watched Sirius go into the kitchen to scare my mom.
She was so happy to you, Sirius, really she hasn't been that happy in a while. I think she is having a case of blues because we are all going to be moving on soon. It's kind of sad really, but, well it's not like I'll never see her again after I go to school.
A little after Sirius came the door rang again this time it was Ella and Meg. I noticed immediately how pretty Ella had gotten over the summer. Or perhaps, she had always been pretty and I just have not noticed much. Not sure. Either way she looked nice.
Anyways, we started to eat dinner. My cousin Garrett kept pestering Kirley about different things. "Do you actually play with that guitar..or do you have it bewitched to look like you do." Kirley looked like he was going to throw some of his mashed potatoes at him but did not go as far as to do that.
We were almost completely done with dinner. Which was quite humorous, considering half my family was completely drunk. It was a very scary sight, but oh well. At this point, another doorbell rang and this time it was Lily. Her green eyes were much brighter than normal (I didn't know it was possible) they were also tinted with a little red in them. She looked like she had been crying or something.
I asked her if she was okay, and she just told me 'sorry I am late' without answering the question. I was worried about her but I tried to tell myself that she was really okay. She stayed in the corner for most of the party.
She barely even reacted at Kirley's excellent preformance. He did awesome! I was really impressed by him. My whole family that it was stellar, they want to see him play again.
It was not until much later that Sirius finally asked Lily what was up with the situation. I was off giving grams a broom ride so I missed the conversation. But I guess Sirius and Kirley ran out of the room. Lily finnally let it slip, what had happened, to Remus. I hope you okay, mate. I really do.
Oh and Ella, thanks for helping me with that boggart it was nice of you.
Well, I guess that is all for tonight, talk to you lot later.
