new things are called for in new situations
The Issue
I have been bothered by how to schedule my new regimen out and just what type of routine i would work into it. Cant be too long and it cant push me to fatigue with my school and all.
My initial weekday plan would require me to be on time to the second and well.. it is hard for me to be within the half hour sometimes, ex-nayplan 1.
Solution?
I just have to revamp my thinking; I am playing with the idea of plyometrics, mixed with running and light weight training but i have not a clue where to start. There is so much out there and some slightly contradictory bits to go along with. My schedule has to change as well, rather than trying to stick to the weekdays i have to use up my fri, sat, sun and mon. All except for Monday are only half days in regard to having school or work occupying my time..
some of my core complications to my solution.
4 days gives little budge room for recovery, how do i fit it all in? The only thing that i would be willing to cut partially is well, i am not too sure yet. Saturday morning to noon i need to be able bodied because i will be working with 3 clients every week in 2 weeks (massage therapy).
Any idea what is a decent resource on-line?
