Here's a Highlander/Stargate: SG1 crossover challenge. You have 5 to pick from. 

In her Challenge #2: Movie Titles, glindapinkwitch offered a list of movie titles as inspiration. On the basis of that list, I wrote several drabbles in quick succession, all PG-13, I should think, and hopefully enjoyable. They are not in chronological order, but rather lead you from one character to the next.

I challenge you to write a convincing Highlander crossover using the most unlikely crossover possible.

For an example, read my fic The Hogwarts Champion at fanfiction.net.

The rules:

1: The fic must contain one of the Highlander canon characters. This character can be from the animated series, movies, or the series.
2: The fic has to contain the Highlander Canon characters interacting with the characters from the other universe.
3: Since this is grossly overdone, the only crossover fic that will not be accepted is a Buffy/Angel crosssover. Those are easy ones to crossover with Highlander, mostly because of the "Watcher" reference. Be as creative as possible. I once saw a very good Highlander/Golden Girls crossover that was extremely funny.
4: Each fic must be at least 5,000 words or more.

I've got a plot bunny that won't go away, and my muse doesn't want to get me writing on it.

Duncan loses his memory back to his first death

Set in Season 1, 'cause I'm a sucker for S1 fic

I keep wondering how Duncan would react to the modern world and all the strange things.

Things that could be included if you want to

Duncan winding up in a mental hospital and having to be rescued by his friends

Connor getting called to translate becuase Duncan only remembers Gaelic (or would he have known English back then? I don't know...but Connor could still help some way even if he did)

I'm not sure what would restore his memory though, that's up to the writer.

Methos would also be a great ammesia challenge, considering it'd be hard as heck just to find a language he'd understand if he went back far enough.

Okay, I thought I put up this challenge up before it's too late and Halloween is over.

The theme is Ghost Story and means exactly what it says. Write a ghost story. Think castles, misty lakes and all that good stuff! :-) Any length is fine... make it a drabble, 500 words... 1000 words... whatever it takes to tell the story.

Reminds me of Modern Prometheus... Didn't the real Shelley and Byron tell each other those ghost stories that resulted in Frankenstein being written? Anyway... have fun!
