Welcome Topcats. Lynsie came up with the idea to have a Topcat Community so here it is! ^_^ Those who wish to be assistant moderators (people who help me run this community) let me know by posting a comment in this entry and then out of the ones who want to help I'll pick two (beacuse I'm head mod and I get to choose ^_^ ). Also anyone who would like to make graphics for the site is welcome to it. That is all.
