Well apparently people have been saying 'bad things' in this community (which isn't true because you can read the posts and they're all saying how people did a good job at spring show and ideas for contest). But since I can't find where to delete the community I have made it where no one can update in here anymore. If someone would like to inform me how to delete the community then I'd be glad to do it. I hope that this is good enough for the parents people who have complained (even though they have no right to). I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

i would like to congradulate mrs prevett on the beads. They came off as a Huge sucess, and made everyone proud to be apart of the team. Our goals are getting accomplished one by one, and by the time competition comes i know we'll all be ready.

props to amanda for those quotes and poem/inspirational things. i know i definalty enjoyed them. they put me in a better mood.

officers-- things may be running slow for you guys.. but don't worry things always find awya to fall in place.. jsut have faith in your own abilities to work together and get the job done. the dance you already have is great. keep up the good work.

What a wonderful weekend we had and now it is over. Back to 7:00 am practice tomorrow. I just put Shyanne to bed and I am headed that way myself. 4:45 am comes way too quick. Saturday we all slept in til 12:30..... we must have all been tired. but after we got cleaned up and ate lunch we went to the Flower Mound Pumkin patch. Shyanne had a blast, there was so much to do out there. Sunday night was our couples class at the church. Right now we are studying a course on His Needs Her Needs. It is a great class and we really enjoy the others couples too.

I am looking forward to this week. I can see the end of football season and the beginning of contest season for us. I can actually smell Thanksgiving holiday. I'm not sure where Jeff and I will be for Thanksgiving. we will either stay home, go to Houston to visit my mom while my dad is at MD Anderson or go to my grandmothers in Denton.... oh and don't forget Jeff's mom here in Fort Worth. she never does Thanksgiving dinner at her house, so I don't have to worry about that...but there is still time to decide...

well I am off to bed. I enjoyed my weekend and reading all the updates. Stay sweet, until next time!

you guys are cool. here's my thoughts.
the competition dances.. aren't phenominal, true. but i think we can make them work. the prop, as gay as it may be will be liked by the croud who prolly knows little about dance.. remember how awed we were by boswell's (i think that was them) performance last year? and we got them disqualified for having too many people? yeah well.... people were like wow! so i think it will end up having the same effect on our crowd too. but good lord, the air guitar has to go. or at least not be freestyle, and not for a whole 8-count. ummm.. our team really isn't that bad. i agree with amanda in that we need more disapline. but ... i mean. remember raise the bar? that's what we've been doing? and i cn't count the tiems that i've seen new members practicing advanced technique.. (double turns, fuetes, switchleaps) and they actaully want to be good at the stuff. and so do alot of other people. our team has alot of potential.. and i think it jsut needs to be put to use. we could go far, you guys jsut have to have a positve outlook... push people to do their best and reach their utmost potential.. and not to mention inspire them to want to do better. i encourage you all to compliment others when you see them doing something good. it makes anyone feel good, and helps them realize that their efforts arent' all in vain. it kind of made me sad when i read that all you guys were looking down on thie years team. maybe my expectations are too high? maybe im naive. but i remember how hopeful we all were at the begining of the year.. and i wonder what happened. you all had plans to make theis team great, and i would hate for you all to have given up already.. becuase i know you guys.. you're all great leaders in one way or another. this year can and will be great if we make it. yes the dances may be gay.. or not what we expected.. but can we not make the best out of them? becuase if we.. the role models for the team, look down on it.. then the rest of the team will too. so i suggest you at least fake it, oif you can't improve your outlook. i love you all. and i think.. no.. i know we'll be okay. we'll be fine. jsut have a little faith. have faith in yourself.. and in others. don't let the remedials get you down.. they are the minority on the team. we are the elite.. and we must meet the standards.. rise up to them.. and bring the rest of the team with us. we can accomplish so much you guys. plese don't get down now.. it's only the beginning. i love you all.

hey sup Topcat's! SHANNI,JENNY,JENNIFER,and AMANDA- some day next week we need to stay after school and cut the shirts for thriller...i made patterns but we have to measure the people in our squads to make sure they fit everyone the same ex. everyone's needs to come to 2 in. below their hip bone with their arms above their head. says mrs. p. that way no stomachs show and about 1 to 2in. below the elbow...so on and so forth. So we need to work out a day to have a shirt cutting party...if your really confused, post a comment to ask a question. just thought id let ya know! lovelotslyns!
