Thomas Leo McCarey (3 Oktober 1898 – 5 Juli 1969) adalah seorang sutradara, penulis naskah dan produser Amerika yang tiga kali memenangkan Oscar. Ia terlibat dalam hampir 200 film, yang meliputi Duck Soup, Make Way for Tomorrow, The Awful Truth, Going My Way, The Bells of St. Mary's, My Son John dan An Affair To Remember.[1]
