| Tiger Moth Teacup |
[01 Feb 2012|08:40pm] |
The sketch, before inking and painting.
Recently someone here on lj, cocaineboy, commissioned me to paint a teacup piece. She requested a classic green teacup with a fern pattern and a tiger moth perched on the rim. Below the cut I have included some sketches I did when we were working on the design, and the finished peice.

WEEKLY THEME
I know I like, skipped last week.. but tl;dr: grandma&great grandma have been moving in. Grandfather called the cops on us, grandfather is now in the psych ward.
The weekly theme is things you don't like to eat. Interpret it however you want. Finish it by Sunday and post it ASAP! I'm looking forward to doing mine and seeing yours.
I'll probably post my page from the last theme a bit later..

| old journals? |
[30 Jul 2008|12:49pm] |
Would anyone be interested in joining a community dedicated to sharing pictures of our old journals, notebooks, letters, etc? (by 'old', i mean the cringey ones we wrote in our youth/ones from years & years ago that we no longer look at, etc). I have this bizarre love for digging up the past and laughing at it. Anyone else interested? :D
x-posted.
