if this gets to anybody, as you can see i've joined again but pics. still won't upload. what a silly site, one minute you can next miniute you can't. just a bit/lot fed up with it.x

well i'm in here 3 times now and i still can't get pics. to upload. so i don't know what to do. my user pic goes in ok. but not any others and there in the same folder in my computer. they go into scrapbook but i can't get that to open either. if anybody knows what i can do please reply. i have emailed L/J and i've tried all they've asked but no luck.x
