I'm wondering if anybody is doing some cooking to shove in the freezer to help for when the babes come? Right now we have manicotti, chicken pot pie, lasagna, and corn casserole in the freezer. My mom also just bought me
Don't Panic, More Dinner's in the Freezer and I picked four meals from it to make up tomorrow.
I'm supposed to be on bedrest. Supposed to be relaxing and doing as little as possible. But knowing that the kids are coming in a matter of a week or two, stuff needs to get done! Plus I'm just so ready to get them out of me that really, just bring it on labor!
Groceries are being delivered tomorrow and I'm hoping to prepare:
Chicken Marsala
Cinnamon Bread Souffle
Savory Sausage Bread
Sausage Cheese Tortellini Soup
I've always been really into cooking, but never knew how to freeze meals for later. Apparently it's not that hard and all the recipes in the book come with freezing and reheating directions.
