There should be a sunbtitle to this entry: "But Keep the Karl Love Going!"

I love IGN just as much as the next gamer and movie lover, but I hate the spyware. If you, like me are at work and want can't get to the trailer due to IGN's spyware and ads running in the back, then I have saved you the trouble of having to wait until you get home.

To download the "Doom" trailer in all it's glory with the little bits of Doom!Karl-ness then here's the link:

http://ffmovies.ign.com/filmforce/video/article/636/636398/doom_trailer_072505_qthighwide.mov *right mouse click - save target as

The trailer is in everyone's favorite format - Quicktime, 29.9 MB, and it's 640x360. The download is worth it.

Updated sites about the "Doom"

The blogging site Kotaku has informed their faithful readers that Dark Horizons has updated their site with "new" movie stills. Most of the pictures aren't "new" but I for one take what I can get.

And while the rest of us search for that elusive Karl!Doom picture, we can stare at Karl in his combativeness ready self.

Wouldn't it be nice if Universal got off their ass and made their people actually make a placeholder for the "Doom" site instead having it redirect to their site?
