LIBERTY CITY, USA. WELCOME TO AMERICA'S WORST CITY. Upon waking in this modern day, suburban city, you are given no information of your whereabouts. There may be people around you, but you'll notice they seem generally unresponsive. Try talking to them, and they will say nothing. Stand in front of them, and they'll automatically walk around you. Punch them in the face, and they may just punch back. Of course, they may just scream and run, and if a police officer happens to see you, they'll try to arrest you. Otherwise, the police officers are just as unresponsive as the citizens. It appears the only people not on this zombie track are others that also don't belong here, though they are as clueless as you are as far as your arrival or any sort of reasoning. Attempts of escape quickly prove futile. However, the benefit of the citizens' lethargic states mean that you can claim a hotel room all for yourself without payment. Claims over just about anything, such as cars or weapons, is all a matter of finders-keepers. Just when you think things couldn't be any stranger, a payphone rings when you're merely passing by. Should you choose to answer, you realize almost immediately, the voice on the other line belongs to a Liberty City native, and they are much more alert and aware than the typical citizen. A brief conversation reveals, they are holding the information you are looking for. In fact, anything you have ever wanted, they tell you, they can hand over on a silver platter. Of course, to receive a favor in Liberty City, you must be willing to do a favor. So what will you do? Who can you trust? Will you work your way through odd jobs to try and find a way out of here? Will accept your life in Liberty City and try to settle in? Will you join a gang? Will you start your own gang? Would you rather try to establish order amongst the chaos? Or is the dangerous lifestyle too much for you, and you'd rather content yourself to hiding out? It's up to you to decide.

I don't know how many of you are familiar with the website 213 Things Skippy is no longer allowed to do in the US Army. But basically a guy named "Skippy" wrote a list of things he supposedly got busted for in his time in the army. There's a number of parodies of this site, most notably, 213 Things Skippy Can't Do at the SGC for the stargate fandom. (And I highly suggest you read the latter if you are a fan of Stargate). But as far as I can tell, no one's done one for PR...UNTIL NOW!
