Author's Notes: All the stuff I mention about the Hyrulean civil war and the Sheikah are simply theories. There's no way to prove what I mention. I just went with all of the theories in existence about the Sheikah and ran with it. Also, this is my first attempt at writing a huge battle type thing, so all constructive criticism is welcome. :D
Summary: The Hyrulean civil war: the rebels versus the royals. It is known by all, hailed by all. Especially the last battle, the greatest battle in all known history. But what about those who were not mentioned, the People of the Shadows? The role of the Sheikah in this final battle was crucial; they turned the tide of the war, and yet the deed is not recorded. Here is the untold story of the great people who helped to save Hyrule from chaos.

Author's Notes This was an idea that was basically a spur of the moment for me. After starting my play through Twilight Princess, I wanted to start a Zelda fic. I've had bad expierences with fan fics in the past - I just couldn't finish them, or the world was so vast. But Zelda was unique in that there was basically little to no story for each installment, and thus, you have alot of room for whatever you want.

So, I started work on it. I toyed with the idea of a sort of LOTR adventure, with a fellowship consisting of every race (Hylian, Goron, Zora, Twili) going on a massive adventure. I had recently watched Imagining the Tenth Dimension, and I decided that it would be an awesome plot element. I brainstormed on the idea of how whenever Link would travel time in OoT, a new dimension was formed.

Thus, we have The Sacred Mirror.

Summary In ancient times, the Sacred Mirror was a divne relic that kept the dimension in check. No dimension ever crossed with another. But, someway, somehow, the Mirror had failed in its goal. And all of Hyrule is paying the price.
