Life, stranger than fiction

Last night included:

• luchadores,


• midgets,


• burlesque dancers,


• a stripper,


• drag queens,


• fire dancers


• belly dancers (yes, Z's troupe was there, who here is surprised?)


• magicians


• side-show acts including a human bear, a human noodle (the nightmares), and a bearded lady (the beard was real. She rubbed it against me.)


• A rockabilly band led by a gal named Veronica (who had on some killer heels)


• And oh yes, I think I watched a man staple money to his junk

And if I hadn’t had the wristband proving that I was there (and the makeup smears), I’d be of half the mind that I made this all up.
