Wishing for a personal coach.
It's fitting that the Mediocrity community is small and stagnant, no?

Someone to wake you up at 4 a.m. and make you run along the beach until you became quick and strong, so you could pummel Mr. T. Someone to obsess over your career development, seeing that you make the strongest showbiz connections and shed those standing in the way of your MTV diva success. Someone to seek you out, tell you that you were to lead an enchanted life, and bring you to Hogwarts to learn wizardry.

What do extraordinary lives have in common? Often, there's a coach/mentor/overbearing parent. Often, there's a predestination - an intense talent or a family name.

And I suppose an abundance of money doesn't hurt at all.

But sometimes, none of those are afforded to a person and still s/he becomes the hero. The motivation to get out of a seemingly hopeless situation. A motivation to serve a higher calling. A motivation to break records and exceed all expectations.

Such a independent, internal motivation. Can we all find that inspiration? How does one begin?

Anyway, if you're looking for mediocrity, IHOP is NOT the place to go. IHOP is BETTER than mediocre. If you're looking for mediocre food, try Denny's. It is the EPITOME of mediocre dining.
