Started itching for some new clothes today so I went on the rampage for a new wishlist.

And here's a great tip I learned today that actually works.
To get stains out of your clothes, rinse the stained area with cold water, then scrub it with Ivory soap and rinse again with cold water. I had an accident involving a burrito & my new striped shirt, and this worked like magic. I had to scrub a few minutes, but it came out, and my shirt was saved! I'm not sure how well this works with set-in stains, but for fresh stains, it's perfect. Here's the full article with more details & other stain-removing tips.

I'm Samantha, living in Atlanta with my boyfriend & two fuzzy feline children.
I've gone through a lot of style stages in my twenty years. In grade school, I was very Wal-Mart chic. In high school, I started out gothy, somehow got a little slutty, and ended up a tomboy with a lot of cleavage. Now I'm pretty basic: jeans & a well-fitted t-shirt. But I'm starting to branch out into how I want to be, a style that shows off my features while still being a little simple, a bit trendy, and very eccentric. My craze now is black and white anything, especially horizontal stripes. Here I am in my new favorite shirt. Got it from Charlotte Russe for $17, and I'm mad that I can't find it in any other colors or patterns. I really love the ruching at the sides and at the collar, and the buttons on the sleeves.
