Before anyone reads this story, they need to know what they are getting into. THIS IS NOT A FIC FOR EVERYONE. There is a major character death, but, before that, there is gore and angst and relentless emotional and physical torture. There are so many trigger points in this fic for various segments of society that I won't even begin to list them, so proceed with caution.

Title: His Name Was Draco
Characters: Fenrir, Draco
Rating: NC-17
Warnings: major character death, graphic violence with blood and gore
Word Count: 3,160
Summary: Draco is punished for his inability to kill Dumbledore.
Notes: This fic is extremely graphic. Proceed with caution. My fandom heart-felt thanks to melusinahp and joanwilder, who helped make this story so much more than it was. I also want to thank the mods of the hp_emofest, who have been helpful and accommodating when they didn't have to be.

The year is 1980 and Albus Dumbledore is dead. While the nation reels from the Headmaster's mysterious demise, propaganda and guerilla violence flourish. Having ridden the coattails of this aura of fear, Bartemius Crouch, Sr. has risen to power, widely supported and completely unchecked; slowly he has transformed the Ministry of Magic into an Orwellian regime. Now nothing but a Dark Lord with approval ratings, Crouch's fanatical pursuit of order tightens his choke hold on Britain. While innocent dissidents rot in Azkaban, Death Eaters roam free - untouchable due to their wealth and status, they feed back into the public's terror and ultimately maintain the Ministry's dictatorship. The only resistance to this madness is the Order of the Phoenix. Once an organization dedicated to spreading unfiltered knowledge and duelling only when necessary, under Alastor Moody's new leadership the Order is becoming progressively more militant, combating both Voldemort and their own government in an attempt to finally restore peace.

This is an AU Marauders-era RPG with an emphasis on plot, politics and war. It follows the characters on every side of the struggle - their failures, their successes, their stories and their endings as they fight and die to uphold their own ideals.

Wanted: James Potter, Lily Potter, Peter Pettigrew, Sirius Black, Frank Longbottom, Alice Longbottom, Rita Skeeter, Bellatrix Lestrange, Lucius Malfoy, Narcissa Malfoy, Xenophilius Lovegood, Sybill Trelawney, WEREWOLVES.

Fic: Fathers and Sons: Chapter 26 - The First Things
Authors: dramaturgy and thinkatory

Word count: 6,237
Era: The First War Against Voldemort (1970-1981)
Characters: Remus Lupin, MWPP/L, Fenrir Greyback, many, many others
Chapter Summary: “They don’t know why I’m here. Some of them are so conditioned into being scared of me.” Him. His Father. The Father he’d been welcomed by – no. Fenrir had welcomed something Remus didn’t want to become. A criminal who took children from their families, one who killed and ruled by intimidation. One who didn’t want to just live his life. He looked back up at the house. “This is… I can’t be here.”
Authors' Note: Well, this is is, the final chapter. It's been a wonderful ride and we are glad that you all read it and were hopefully half as amused, entranced, and enamoured as we are. We are hard at work on a sequel and a third story -- codenamed Episode II and Episode III. :) We'll let you know when Episode II is ready for the posting, and hope that you can stick with us! Thank you again!
But you can still add the comm for automatic updates to your flist, to let you know when part two is ready for posting.

Title: God Rest Ye Merry Werewolves
Author: Persephone Yavanna the Entwife
Pairing/Characters: Harry, Fenrir, Hermione and Kreacher
Wordcount: 3625
Rating: G for gen (in other words, completely work-safe!)
Warnings: None
Disclaimer: JK Rowling and assorted others have rights to create derivative works within the Potterverse, but I am not one of those licensees, unfortunately. Rather not be sued for playing with the characters, though . . . not making a profit here, just exploring the characters and situations created by the esteemed Ms. Rowling.
Summary: Harry returns early from Christmas festivities at the Burrow
Author Notes: Occurs after Wolf at the Door. The Yule Log is a NYC tradition, where commercial-free Christmas music is played on Christmas Eve by area stations -- the original TV station that started the tradition used to show a burning fireplace for the video portion of the show.

Fic: Fathers and Sons: Chapter 24 - Chapter 24: Vexed to Nightmare by a Gently Rocking Cradle
Authors: dramaturgy and thinkatory
Rating: Heavy PG-13, R (for violence)
Word count: 8,914
Era: The First War Against Voldemort (1970-1981)
Characters: Remus Lupin, MWPP/L, Fenrir Greyback, many, many others
Chapter Summary: The embrace was one of the simplest feelings of comfort Remus had had in a long time. “We’ve come this far, we’re not about to die now, I should think,” he said calmly. The universe couldn’t be that cruel – then again, had the universe shown them any mercy yet?

Word count: 12,047
Era: The First War Against Voldemort (1970-1981)
Characters: Remus Lupin, MWPP/L, Fenrir Greyback, many, many others
Chapter Summary: Jeremy shrugged. "Fenrir sent his assassin to Hati's pack to kill some people and we need to know if something happened and warn them if he hasn't made a move yet. Neither Remus nor I can go -- if he's there, he'll recognise us." He glanced at Remus, then said to Julia, "He's being humble. He's Fenrir's named first, his heir."

Word count: 11,934
Era: The First War Against Voldemort (1970-1981)
