A millennial's early 30s perspective of life before and after the pandemic and during wartimes. A personal therapy project created to anonymously practice acceptance and vulnerability on the internet. This blog serves to help destigmatize mental health, especially for the black community. As an anonymous person of color I choose to let my blog represent a safe, creative, and honest place for others who can relate to the complexity of human trauma. I just want you to know you're not alone.
