¶　編集記　

最初は「Some contend that temerity is one of the most important things for an entrepreneur to succeed in the business world.」と書いていましたが、AIに添削してもらったところ、「temerity」はネガティブなニュアンスが強く、こういったポジティブな文脈で使うのは不自然ということで、問題文を書き換えました。

後日、初稿時に書き上げていた問題文「Due to his temerity and impoliteness, he always gets in some trouble; he just does not know how to treat people with respect.」をAIにチェックしてもらったところ、「gets in some trouble」「he just does not know」というカジュアルな話し言葉のトーンの中に、「temerity」という非常に硬い言葉が混ざっているのが不自然とのことでした。

そこでまた問題文を「While having the temerity to be openly disagree with superiors’ suggestions, he also knows how to treat them with sincere respect.」を書き換え、再チェックしてもらったところ、なぜか「be」が入ってしまっていました。

次に「openly disagree」という「副詞 ＋ 動詞」ではなく、「open」という「形容詞」が続くような気がして、無意識に咄嗟に「be」を入れてしまったのか、または「disagree」が形容詞のような気がしたのか、なぜだか自分でもわかりません苦笑

ここを修正した「While having the temerity to openly disagree with superiors’ suggestions, he also knows how to treat them with sincere respect.」を再度、ブラウザで5つのタブで開いたGeminiに添削してもらったところ、5つ中5つが、これなら修正の必要なしと答えたので、これを問題文としました。
