| HAPPY CANADA DAY!!! As always, I had to make a post in honour of the country; this one is a small post, just 10 Canada-themed icons. Rated PG-13 for one icon that features Shawn Ashmore wearing nothing but the Canadian flag (no actual nudity). Teasers What's white and red and AWESOME all over?! | |

landofart is a 'land comm' created solely for graphic artists. It doesn't matter if you only make icons, or only picspams, wallpapers, whatever! There are challenges for one and all types if artists! The competition is made up of 3 teams; Team Gothic, Team Pop Art & Team Renaissance. These names are just for the sake of having teams and do NOT reflect the type of graphics you have to make! Plus, you can do any kind of graphics here (celebs, stock, fandom, etc) as long as it fits the challenge. JOIN TODAY! landofart landofart landofart landofart landofart

| I've made a wallpaper full of Canadian celebrities, and unlike most of my wallpapers, this one comes in three sizes: 1024x768, 1280x800, and 1680x1050, with text and text-free versions of all. I'm currently away from my PC, so I won't be able to make any other sizes, so hopefully these will do.
Happy Canada Day!!! | |

| It's CANADA DAY!!! YAY!!! :D So I've made some icons to help you show your love for Canada and/or a particular province or territory. I've also made one wallpaper. Enjoy! Teasers Proud to be Canadian | |

| spreading this around:
IMPORTANT
Apparently there is a bit of nasty Malware Virus spreading through the social networking sites...including LiveJournal (of course). It targets communities, generating a mod-ish looking post informing the membership that the community is being closed, and then deletes all the community's entries. The post includes a couple of links which, when clicked, will infect the clickee, compromising their personal info as well as their f-list. Good times! [NOT!]
So...please be aware that THIS COMMUNITY IS NOT CLOSING. If you see such a post, do NOT click any of the internal links. Please DO report the post to LJSupport by clicking the red flag icon or the "flag" link, depending upon your viewing option. This warning is site-wide, so please keep this in mind if you encounter strange so-called administrative messages on other communities of which you are a part. | |

| I am looking for somebody to make some high quality Canada Day icons like that made by eyesthatslay and I will credit the maker. I am looking for fireworks above the Peace Tower in Ottawa and possibly some in Vancouver; will not be accepting icons that have any other city in Canada (I live near Vancouver and don't want to have an icon of Saskatoon, Regina, Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City, Halifax, etc. I am also looking for maybe an icon with the Canadian flag on it in some format, be it a part of a piece of clothing or a flag, etc. - Mood:quixotic
