I am posting this on behalf of Jeanne who received her parcel today! She is thrilled with her treasure.

Full of goodies, two magazines, a cd of old classic jazz, a teddy bear ornament,light up feathered pen, lip balm, tea, stickers and some peppermint mentos.( She cannot eat too many naughty sweets)

Parcels should be sent out by December 4th or sooner.

Package 1 - Winter Comforts - Nov 13th sign up deadline
WELCOME to our first swaperoo.

So far we have 6 people signed up! That's a great start.

This is a community for periodic themed parcel swaps!

You don't have to be a livejournal member to participate.

It is always exciting to get fun stuff in the mail. One of the best spirit lifters I know.
The parcels should be between $5-$10 dollars. Use your imagination.
I will match up the exchangees. You will know who you are sending it to but will not know who you are receiving from. It will be a surprise.

There will be a deadline for participants to enter each time and a window of one week
(dates to be announced) to get the parcel sent.

Please let me know if you are interested in an International(cross borders swap)"partner" or just "local" swap or if it matters at all to you. Cross borders will be a bit more expensive most likely.

All you have to do is send me your snail mail address and some answers to questions about your likes etc.. I will then send that info to your partner.


I am not responsible for packages that do not get sent.
That person will not be allowed to participate again and I will send Emilio and his cousins out to find them!

I realize that it is November and most people are getting busy with the holidays coming but I thought that maybe some of you might be interested in a parcel exchange to be sent the week of Nov 28th to December 4th.
