After waking up at 6 am yesterday,

February 28th, 2013 (11:55 pm)

Tags: excitement, musings, the hobbit, the hobbit is on!!!!!!

I'm feeling kinda...: excitable ;)

still managed to grab a last viewing of Hobbit on the big screen at 10 pm...
and was quite tired all throughout it but was worth it nevertheless. :P (Went with Samwise Gamgee ;)... well his initials are that and he is the fan friend i was talking about in prior entry ...oh we found PJ's cameo finally! ;) :)

This viewing prompts me to have a formal entry on what Movie II Desolation of Smaug will entail.

Here's an article: "10 Things You'll See In The Hobbit 2 And 3":
http://www.empireonline.com/features/hobbit-2-and-3/p1?fb_action_ids=673102390578&fb_action_types=og.likes&fb_source=aggregation&fb_aggregation_id=246965925417366

( And my own thoughts (spoilers for next movie, PJ-verse, not by canon apparently...my thoughts below will reference above article):Collapse )

Can December 9, 2013 come faster?????? :)

OH, also--by news alerts from TORN: MOvie III "The HObbit-There and Back Again" has been moved:
http://www.theonering.net/torwp/2013/02/28/69532-third-hobbit-moved-from-july-to-december-2014/
July 2014 to Dec. 2014...

wonder if PJ just has to film more stuff...... haha... sorry just had to think like that because movie II seems like it contains almost everything (except for the big Battle)

Quotes of the moment

"His will was set and only death could break it." ~RotK

"War must be, while we defend our lives against a destroyer who would devour all; but i do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only which they defend." - Faramir

"Here I am at the best end of the day again. The most marvellous sunset I have seen for years: a remote pale green-blue sea just above the horizon, and above it a towering shore of bank upon bank of flaming cherubim of gold and fire, crossed here and there by misty blurs like purple rain. It may portend some celestial merriment in the morn, as the glass is rising." ~JRR Tolkien

"You must choose, Beren, between these two: to relinquish the quest and your oath and seek a life of wandering upon the face of the earth; or to hold to your word and challenge the power of darkness upon its throne. But on either road I shall go with you, and our doom shall be alike. " ~Luthien, The Silmarillion

“The die is cast. Now comes the test, in which my boast shall be made good or fail utterly. I will flee no more. Turambar indeed I will be, and by my own will and prowess I will surmount my doom—or fall. But falling or riding, Glaurung at least I will slay.” ~Turin, The Children of Hurin
