During this year's dS C6D Big Bang I got the chance to create two different kinds of art for luzula 's wonderful dS story "The Work of Coming Home"; an audio trailer and two pieces of visual art/illustration.

Sadly the deadline arrived and I hadn't finished the following piece, called "A Quiet Evening At Home":

Reader`s Note: For the latest DS C6D Big Bang the mods added podficcing as an art form. I signed up for akamine_chan's DS story untune the sky and shanghaied the wonderful dodificus to work with me. Apart from an unabridged podfic we created an approx. 11 min long audio trailer. It's a mix of text passages and music and is intended to work like a teaser.

Time and again I'm awed what a snippet writer can create in spite of a 300 word limit.

So when ds_snippets held a rec-a-thon, I took the opportunity to reread old favourites, discover new ones and record some podfics, when the author had already given the permission. Because akamine_chan is right, there should be more snippet-y podfics! :)
