Amphitheriidae é uma família de mamíferos do Mesozoico restrita ao Jurássico Médio da Grã-Bretanha, com membros indeterminados também possivelmente conhecidos da formação Itat [en], de idade equivalente, na Sibéria, e da formação Anoual [en], de Marrocos. Eram membros de Cladotheria, mais derivados que os membros de Dryolestida, e possivelmente formando uma relação próxima com Peramuridae.[1] Amphitheriidae é a única família da ordem Amphitheriida.
