... My five year old son Xander was diagnosed with Myoclonic Astatic Epilepsy in July. We're focused on optimism and hope in the face of this very scary diagnosis.
2/09 update: I couldn't be happier to type that the diagnosis has been reneged for the time, leaving him at idiopathic generalized epilepsy. Still, quite the obstacle but a much less frightening foe.
