I decided to scrape up some guts and participate in the Support Stacie auction. *wibbles* For those of you who don't know, Stacie is a young woman battling cancer with no health insurance. She's collected 32% of her goal to finance treatment. My heart goes out to this woman I've never met. Cancer has touched my own family this year, and I can't fathom how much fear she and her family live in while she doesn't receive treatment.

Now, I need you all. I'll beg, I'll offer to match your bid, I'll do nearly anything for your support. The auction starts the 15th, I think, and I need you to bid on me. I'll write nearly anything, and if I can get more than one person who wants a fic- I'll write a second. I want this woman to get treatment. I'd appreciate pimping me out to ANYONE who might want to bid on me. I don't know much of the process yet, but it doesn't seem too difficult. You get to sign up for a message board account, bid, and send out your dinero. See? Easy.

I know a lot of us are in tough financial times, but really- I'm not expecting $50 or anything, but if several people got together and bid or even bid $5 or $10 I'd be thrilled that we helped contribute.

Thanks in advance to anyone who expresses interest. And anyone who wants to write a fic/art- it's not to late to sign up!

For many of the last several months, I've participated in the weekly Drabble writing over at the BEST Twilight Comm on LJ- for_forks_sake.

I didn't want to post 100 words a week here, so I saved up all my entries to post at once. The drabbles are divided up by narrator, and the original prompt is included as the title (they all have 'official' titles over at for_forks_sake.) I didn't include the rating for each prompt, but I don't think any earn more than a PG-13 rating. Each is 100 words-on.the.dot.
