FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

If you have an active subscription, you can access your digital content via the relevant magazine site. As a subscriber, you have access to:

• Premium (pv+) articles
• Digital editions of the magazine
• Downloadable magazine issues

If you have a pv magazine Germany subscription, please click here to read or download available issues. If you have a pv magazine Global subscription, please click here to read or download available issues.

Please note that digital magazine issues are not available through the shop website and must be accessed via the respective magazine site.

As part of the relaunch of our websites, we introduced two different account types: Personal Accounts and Business Accounts.

Only Business Accounts are authorized to publish events and press releases.

If you already have an account and would like to publish events or press releases, please contact us at [email protected] or via the contact form available in the shop under My Account. We will update your account type. Please note that account type changes cannot be made by users themselves.

If you do not yet have an account, you can select your preferred account type during registration by ticking (or unticking) the “I am a business user” checkbox.

If you have purchased a single magazine issue, you can access it through your user account.

1. Log in to the shop.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Select Orders from the menu on the left-hand side.
4. Open the relevant order.
5. Within the order details, you will find two links. To read or download your magazine, please click “View Issue”.

Please note that the other link directs you to the product page in the shop. Magazine issues cannot be read or downloaded from the product page and must be accessed via the “View Issue” link in your order details, or through  “Magazine” on either www.pv-magazine.com or www.pv-magazine.de.
