Anyone have any experience taking shrooms at Disney? I've heard good and bad things about that type of environment. What do you think?

I think it could be pretty cool but at the same time it kind of screams "bad trip!"

It was a leaky day [13 Oct 2008|07:03pm]

Hey all... so this is my first post here..read some of your entries so I just wanted to post my weekend of wonderfulness (okay so it was just a sunday but still) ... Anyways...a friend of mine and my girlfriend stopped by with a lovely 1/2oz of shroomies yesterday and to much of my excitement offered the free bag up! Now it was my first time on mushrooms (i've done e a bit and I have a bit of an addiction to mary jane lol) and now I wish I could live in mushroom land forever.  I miss it so terribly!   Anyways...it was a pretty amazing trip.  We went for an hour walk through my town and man those trees...I am now an official literal tree hugger lol.  It was just so great...I've never been so at peace with myself and the world.  Don't get me wrong...I love the earth I'm all for "Go Green" and Peace and save the trees and whatnot but I have never loved something so much in my life.  I've never appreciated nature and the earth like I did yesterday...in fact i still feel the feelings today.   Watching the grass breath and the trees move and be alive and the sky morph into crazy designs and colors was so...peaceful, I could have died and been the happiest person on earth.  Of course I had a wonderful body high, floating and touching and ugh....I just wanted people and animals and nature to hug!! is this a common thing?  I love shroomin it's the ultimate best for me!  The only thing was that I needed to walk in certain patterns in certain places and my body was just leaking fluids, my nose and eyes would not stop watering but I was not the only one, we were all leaky girls haha.  Everyone and everything was perfect, the day the people i encountered..ah couldnt have been better.  Why can't we all just live like that normally haha imagine the world then.  I just can't get over how happy I was...how content and loving I felt.  Even now after its gone I still feel a certain degree of pure peace.. Oh shrooms...

Peace guys

liberty caps? [12 Oct 2008|04:49pm]

classay
this weekend i went to Harvest Fest in Hancock, NY (damnsam.com).
On my hunt for mushrooms, i decided to buy the first ones a heard of.
This dude had 3 grams of liberty caps in some chocolate, cleverly shaped like a liberty bell.
2 of the people camping near us had taken them the night before, as well as 2 hits of acid.
They tripped. HARD. we figured our trip would be pretty good.
It was. I had a reallly really intense body high, but not many visuals.
I felt amaazing, walking around smoking bowls just tripping out.
occasionally the ground would breathe, and the trees bend, but that was all for visuals.

all in all, it was a good trip.
not as intesne as i was hoping.

Anyone know where to find shrooms in the Hudson Valley area of New York??

shroom hunting [28 Mar 2008|12:56am]

Anyone know of a good place to find psychedelic mushrooms in upstate New York. In the Westchester area, the Catskill mountain region. I am from Long Island, NY so anywhere in this region would be great. I have done a bit of research but I really want to speak to someone who has real knowledge on shroom hunting.

Thanks.

GREAT [21 Dec 2006|10:40am]

__turmoil
So I ate shroom brownies this weekend and had the best first trip of my life. I felt completely connected to the universe and aware of all the mysteries that usually so trouble my insides. It was the most psychadelic experience ever: I could hardly communicate, much too focused on discovering the meaning of life. Often I found myself anticiptating "the wave" as I called it. The wave, as I explained while I was tripping out of my mind, is a flood of energy that you can feel comming when the room starts buzzing and the water starts moving... yeah. Also, my eyes were watering uncontrolably, I was really thirsty and cold. Common side effects? Who else notices the "energies". Ugh! Most evolutionary experience!

So maybe I should go major in botanicals and grow my own! The life.

Hey everyone, I'm new.

As a self-proclaimed escapist, I'd have to say shrooms are my hands down, favorite activity. In fact, I'm planning on getting a quarter this weekend. So, yay.

I usually take about half an eighth (What is that in grams, anyway?) and hang out with friends and talk. Another wonderful thing is to read Das Energi while tripping.

Stupid/funny shroom story: This past summer my roommates and I were tripping out in the front yard, just laying in the grass and talking. It was about 1 in the morning. I heard a car driving slowly down the street of our humble suburbian neighborhood and the teasing paranoia voices giggled over it being a cop. It was a cop, incidently, that had been called on us by our terrible neighbor. The cop was driving by super slow--but continued without investigating further because the house was quiet and dark, and the three of us were firmly flattened against the ground, and out of obvious sight. XD

Anyway, just saying hello.

A Lovely Time... [20 Jul 2006|07:04am]

[ mood | drained ]

***PLEASE NOTE: This is my second time writing out this account, so if it sucks, I don't care. (fuck you "autosave")****

I got a half oz of lovely shrooms this past weekend. A group of 6 of us gathered at my friend Liss' house to take advantage of a house void of parental units. It was Liss' first time, while the rest of us have tried shrooms at least once. Rob, Joe and I are all fairly experienced (I couldn't give you a number of times at least) and we had been experimenting with higher doses of late (my highest dose was 5 grams - but they were shitty shrooms in the end and the high was minimal). Mike and Amy had both tried them twice before. Back to the dividing! Amy and I each took 2 grams. Rob, Mike and Liss each did 1, and Joe had the left-overs.

We ate them with peanut butter, and I had some bread with them too. I have to say that my body knows that taste now, and will fight like the dickens to keep them out of me. Rob was having a hard time downing his as well. We switched on some cartoons, everyone sat around chatting and smoking pot. I got absorbed into colouring (I have to tell you, colouring while on shrooms or acid is just delightful!)

They were fairly powerful shrooms and within the hour, the walls were breathing, shadows were darting around in my periphery and colours looked spectacular. I had an overall feeling of peace. We decided it was time for a walk. Liss went to get a sweater from upstairs, but soon called down that she wanted to wear the one that Amy had borrowed. Amy went (assumably to make the trade) and immediately there was shrieking and what could have been laughter coming from upstairs. Concerned for Liss having a bad first experience, I dashed upstairs to find Amy lying on the landing, dragging herself down the hall by her arms "I can't walk... I forget how... what do I do?!", Liss, standing in front of her closet with her head in her hands, swaying. "I want the sweater Amy has on... make her give it to me"

I turn around to talk to Amy and she's sitting on the floor looking up at me. I say "Can melissa have that sweater please Amy?" And she says "But I can't walk." (I was killing myself laughing this whole time, it was the funniest fucking thing ever) "Okay, but you don't need to walk to take off the sweater." She takes it off... "I can't walk." I give the sweater to Melissa. She makes some hilariously random comment that I can't remember anymore and runs down the stairs. "I CAN'T WALK" I give amy a couple of pointers (feet down, head up, etc... ) and we head off.

We get outside (it's about 1:30 now). We are in a subdivision in Newmarket. There are 6 of us. One of us is eating bread out of the bag. I'm on shrooms, and I can still tell that we look pretty suspicious. I mention that we might not want to be wandering the main streets in a group of 6 with a bag of Wonderbread and Amy who may or may not remember how to walk for the duration of the trip. Someone suggested the back yard and we all jumped on it. (Sometimes, I find that I want to go out and have adventures when I'm on shrooms, but this time, it felt somewhat dangerous to be outside the confines of the house.)Amy and I lay down in the grass and looked at the stars. Eventually there were 6 of us lying across the back yard tripping out. We saw three or four consecutive shooting stars (very trippy). Amy got the giggles and passed them to me. I couldn't listen to the laughter in her voice without dying laughing myself.

We sat outside and smoked for a bit and then eventually moved back in to the house. We sat around the kitchen table talking until about 3 and then we drifted our own ways. Rob and I went home and got into bed and the last thing I remember is thinking about how soft skin really is. It was a lovely trip on a lovely night!

NEW YORK - People who took an illegal drug made from mushrooms reported profound mystical experiences that led to behavior changes lasting for weeks — all part of an experiment that recalls the psychedelic '60s.

Kerouac. [30 Jun 2006|03:45am]

scotty_lamppost
[ mood | I need some shrooms! ]

I've decided that I'm going to shroom out and visit Jack Kerouac's grave. You really don't get much sicker than Jack Kerouac. Traveling around the US and Mexico on a whim, picking up anyone, doing near-anything just to do it, smoking weed, experimenting with shrooms with Leary. If you haven't read On the Road, I highly recommend going to a used bookstore or libray and picking it up.

But, yeah, Jack Kerouac is definately the sickest of the beat poets. I wonder what he tripped out when Leary gave him those shrooms...

Also, Pomes All Sizes is awesome to read when you're on shrooms. My grade eight english teacher gave me a copy, and then when I got into shrooms, I happened to pick it up. That shit is so crazy when you're head is filled with fungal funnies.

Anyone else like reading anything on shrooms? I love it.

Also, my hookup is out of town and I can't find anything in this town. Anyone else have that problem? I mean, here, shrooms are avaliable year round the the underground networks of hi-quality, morally concious providers. But one guy went to Europe, the other got jumped, and the city is generally dry.
