30 minute speedrun skips?

I want to get the speedrun achievements, and I'm looking to shave off as much time as possible. I know that some skips nullify the achievement, but others don't. Which skips are safe and roughly how much time would I be saving by using them?

You don't need any skips to get the achievement.
If you just go through the game holding W without stopping and playing it as usual, you will finish the game in well under 30 minutes.

I don't doubt that, but I still want to know so I can create some breathing room for myself.

I don't doubt that, but I still want to know so I can create some breathing room for myself.

You have at least an entire minute's worth of breathing room you can use.
