How to limit FPS?

So i own an RTX 4090 and it is literally screaming when I boot up the game, cos it tries to render it at over 600 FPS in menu and the very first room in the game is at almost 1000 fps.
That's not super healthy for a GPU, generally, and I would like to limit the FPS, but I can't find an option for that. Is there maybe an ini i have to mod to limit the FPS?

What you could do is just turn down your refresh rate in windows settings only when you're playing the game, I would actually recommend setting it at 60, because one of the puzzles in the game kinda breaks if it's any higher than that.

Thanks, its okay actually, I configured it over the nvidia control panel.
