If it is happening every time with multiple models, it might be your harddrive. The folder the models gets stored in could be write-protected (AppData\LocalLow\PillowCastle\SuperliminalSteam\UGC\Models\), you could be reaching drive capacity, or it could be damaged in some way.

It's also possible that despite trying multiple models, all of them could have some corruption with them that is causing the crash. Try subscribing to the companion cube (a known working model);

and re-importing it yourself. The directory this model gets saved to should be \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1049410\2278253144\
