i also have the same issue

This is an issue on Steam's side. Wait for 24 hours or try contacting them.

If nothing works after that, please let us know.

Can't buy coins, every time I click it a screen pops up and I click authorize then the pop up just disappears and nothing happens. When I go to steam support they just say try again later but i've been trying for the past 50 hours and to no avail.

same issue here. still havent received my apex coins. the payment wen through and the transaction said it was a fail. the money was not refunded and the apex coins didnt went through.
