Updated March 2021

A typical blog of randomness - part fandom, part journal - old school LJ style. I'm going to stick with the It's never polite to ask a lady her age, so lets leave it at 30+. As such, I don't have any interest in fandom drama arguments, and am unlikely to add anyone back who writes in what appears to me as strange bursts of lengthy abbreviations that I have to keep looking up on Urban Dictionary. I love gardening and prefer to be outdoors when the weather is nice, and thus might be online less at that time. I only recently began using dw in 2017, despite having had this account for much longer than that. I did take a posting hiatus break in mid 2019. Photoshop enthusiast, enjoys talking about fandoms, life, and random other interests, but not a fanfic writer. Please don't expect me to read or comment on fanfics. I don't really ship anything, but if I were to, it would be drapple (Draco + apple). I mean really, how silly. Laughter is love. Most posts will be friend locked, although some fandom, meme, or tag game posts might be public, and possibly an occasional gardening post. I keep my interests list a bit on the short side, as there are too many to list, so... a handful of celebs, shows, films, and books I like (I'm not obsessed with any of them), with some general tags. Enough to give you an idea.

Anyone is welcome to comment on my public posts (although there are very few of them, as mentioned above), and I'm pretty good about replying, although I don't check in every day, so there may be a delay. I don't grant access to my friend locked posts to people I've never communicated with before (not that there's anything shocking in there - I'm just not much of a public blogger), nor do I subscribe back to blank journals. I comment on posts that I find relatable, meaningful, or fun. That said, I do remove people who never reply or comment on anything, as it tells me you either don't care, don't pay attention, have no interest, or are a collector. I also don't follow back blogs which consist completely of links to LJ - I've been gone from there for over a decade. Crossposting is fine, as long as you're responsive here too.

Some posts in this journal contain animated gifs which are not always below the cut - since some live with medical conditions that can be triggered by these, I'm posting this info here as an FYI.

The gifs I post in my journal and occasionally in communities are my own. I originally posted them on tumblr. You're welcome to use them as reaction gifs or in text posts - no need to ask me for permission, but please credit my tumblr - not this journal. Please do not repost them on any site in a fashion that may lead viewers to think they are your own creation. You may definitely NOT repost them on any site in any fashion in which you would financially profit from them.
