All items sold are non-refundable or exchangeable, if it isn't up to your satisfactory.
Canceling an order after payment is not allowed.
Strawberryvines will
not be responsible if the merchant sends wrong item(s).
However, we will ensure the correct items are ordered.
We reserve the right to cancel the spree if response is poor or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds will be made accordingly when an item goes OOS/cancellation of spree.
Updates will be done on Strawberryvines.lj, so please bookmark!
Emails will be sent out once items have arrived.
The color of the items are displayed in the most accurate fit possible.
However, it may appear slightly different in real life, depending on your monitor's resolution.
Due to manufacturing of different batches, there may be a slight deviation of 2-3cm in measurements provided.

Normal mail is
$1.50.
Registered mail is
$3.25.
Meet-ups available only at Woodlands MRT Station.
All parcels will be mailed out within 4 working days, from arrival date.
Strawberryvines and SingPost will
not be liable for any lost mails.
