I'm back. The trip was oodles of fun, I totally did the photo journal thing (gonna post that when I have time) and yeah. So on and so forth.
The orchestra got a silver. Scores in the 85-88 range. Very disappointed. Last year we got three 100's don't ask me how. The band groups were fabulous though. JC came back with 5 of the 7 trophies (sp?) including outstanding orchestra, because our only competition was the freshman orchestra.
Word around was that some group from California was going to the festival in DC with the intention of beating JC. Of course, we all laughed at that...haha, beat JC? Yeah, right. It just doesn't happen. Well that band got slaughtered, but then again they humiliated themselves. And their director was fat. To sum it up, NO ONE BEATS JC. Ever.
Shoot me now, I have school pride.

So maybe I lied in the last entry. BUT! I really am going to start getting online now that I have sufficient non-AOL internet service. SO! I need everyone's help promoting and whatnot and suggestions would be nice too.
Anyway, I'm leaving for DC Wednesday after school with the orchestra. Hooray for Heritage Festival, we're going to take first. Again. Because we are the best.

Ok kids, here's what's up. The dance season is -finally- over and I'm not auditioning next year. Oooh! Aaah! Laura, that's fabulous! Shut up bitch I'm not done yet! Yeah, well anyway that means I'll have time to actually maintain this community. And I intend to bring it back to life somehow. So any suggestions on how to better the community would be awesome. But what would be really awesome? If people would start recruiting.
