Important: Gemini in Chrome is not available to all users at this time. We’re gradually releasing Gemini in Chrome, so it might not be available to you just yet.
To use Gemini in Chrome on your computer, you need to:
- Be 13 or older (or the applicable age in your country) and in a supported region.
- Use a Chromebook Plus, Mac, or Windows computer.
- Use the latest version of Chrome. Learn how to update Chrome.
- Sign in to Chrome. This feature isn’t available in Incognito mode. Learn how to sign in to Chrome.
- Set your device settings to use a supported language.
If you are over 18 and use Gemini in Chrome with a work or school Google Account, access must be enabled by your administrator. Learn more about using Gemini Apps with a work or school Google Account.
Parents who choose to continue with supervision for children 13 or older (or the applicable age in their country) can turn off their child’s access to Gemini in Chrome using Family Link.
